Owner Operator Partners

At Rush Trucking, we're always looking for reliable, experienced owner-operator partners to work with. We have dispatch centers in Wayne, Michigan, Kansas City, Missouri, Lexington, Kentucky, and Buffalo, West Virginia. We offer competitive pay, and benefits for our owner-operators, including $.95 to $1.18 per mile plus fuel surcharge and all empty miles are paid at $.70. 

Hiring Drivers and Fleet Owners In:

Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia

HOME DAILY IN:

Detroit, Louisville, Kansas City and St. Louis

Driver Requirements

1. Current CDL-A License
2. No DUI in last 5 years.
3. No drug convictions.
4. 23 Years of age.
5. 1 years Verifiable Tractor/ Trailer experience within past 3 years.
6. Maximum 6 points in the last 3 years on MVR.
7. Meet All Federal Motor Carrier D.O.T. Requirements and Safety Qualifications.
8. Pass D.O.T. Pre-employment physical and Drug screen at our Authorized clinics.
9. All Drivers and Owner Operators must pass a road test administered by Rush Trucking. 

Trailer Requirements

1. Tractors must have apportioned plated for the US & CANADA (ONTARIO ONLY).
2. All Tractors must pass a D.O.T. inspection by a Certified MECHANIC FROM RUSH TRUCKING. 
3. The fifth wheel height cannot exceed 47.5in.
